Phil Savage joined the Senior Bowl as its Executive Director in May of 2012 after working in the NFL as a coach, scout and executive for 20 years. As the Director of College Scouting and later as the Director of Player Personnel with the Baltimore Ravens, Savage helped assemble a roster that included 12 Pro Bowlers - and won Super Bowl XXXV. In his four years as General Manager of the Cleveland Browns he drafted or acquired five Pro Bowlers, including OT Joe Thomas and KR Josh Cribbs. He is a graduate of the University of the South - Sewanee and earned his Masters at the University of Alabama.

Jeter joined the Reese's Senior Bowl in September of 2014 after a seven-year career with Mobile-based GoDaddy Bowl, where she was responsible for marketing and media relations. The Dallas native has lived in Mobile for nearly 25 years and has a background in marketing, advertising and client services. Julie is responsible for corporate sponsorships and brand management and brings 30 years of experience with her.

Rob Lehocky joined the Senior Bowl in December of 2012 after working 15 years as a television Sports Anchor. During his broadcasting career, he won more than 50 awards, including a National Edward R. Murrow Award, two Emmys and four Regional Murrow Awards. The Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo graduate has also been a freelance Cinematographer for NFL Films since 2007.

Sonya Wakefield joined the Senior Bowl staff in October 2003. She is responsible for Ticket Operations, Game Week registration, the Charity Run School Program and Program Sales. Sonya earned a Bachelor's degree in General Business Management from Auburn University and has lived in the Mobile area since 1996.

After working as an intern at the Senior Bowl, Lauren Taylor joined the staff full time in 2011. She coordinates all hospitality and community-related events as well as player travel and other logistics for game week. In addition, the Auburn University graduate handles all correspondence with Senior Bowl Committee members and various business duties.

Patrick Woo joined the Reese's Senior Bowl in January 2014 as a scouting assistant. He is responsible for the watch list, evaluating players through school visits and games, football operations, youth camps, alumni relations and other special projects. He also assists the media director and serves as a liaison for colleges and NFL teams. The Maryland native is a graduate of Penn State.
