  • Named to the Butkus Award Watch List
  • Named to the 2016-17 Reese's Senior Bowl Watch List
  • Named to the College Sports Madness Preseason All-Independent first team defense
  • Played running back for the first time in 2016 against UMass, finishing the game with 56 yards on 14 carries for two TDs

JUNIOR (2015): 

  • Had his first multi-sack game of his career with two vs. Boise State, his second coming on a crucial third-down play late in the game
  • Led the team in tackles with a career-high eight and recorded his first and second career interceptions at UCLA
  • Named College Sports Madness Independent Defensive Player of the Week (9/20)
  • Recorded a career-high 10 total tackles with eight solo stops along with his first kickoff returns as a Cougar with two for 45 yards against Mizzou
  • Had his first carry (11-yarder) at Utah State since the UCLA game. His first three career runs went for first downs. He finished with three carries for 15 yards
